As an “essential business”, Paramont EO & Crest Lighting has continued to deliver for our customers throughout the Pandemic.
To keep our staff and our clients safe and healthy, we implemented new safety procedures in our warehouses, offices, and showrooms. We began offering curbside pickup for our will call customers, and our drivers are all taking extra precautions such as sanitizing trucks twice daily, photographing deliveries in place of obtaining signatures to maintain distance and minimize contact, and using gloves and lots of disinfectant wipes!
We installed plexiglass shields at all counters, require all employees and visitors to wear masks, added social distancing signage, hand sanitizer stations, and restricted total occupancy per CDC guidelines in all our locations.
We offer numerous customizable contractor services to facilitate on-site social distancing and enable customers to complete their projects with fewer workers on site to minimize risk.
Throughout the past year we have been proactively managing our supply chain to ensure we continue to have access to the material you need when you need it. Updates to keep our clients in the loop and help with order planning are posted regularly on our “Supply Chain Update” blog.
