The Paramont EO credit team is focused on helping customers keep their accounts clean, with prompt investigation of disputes and deductions. We also pride ourselves on accurate posting of customer payments and promise quick responses to waiver inquiries and invoice copy requests. Assisting customers in their credit decisions, by running credit checks (upon request) on General Contractors and projects before the customer starts ordering material is just one more way in which we go above and beyond to help our customers succeed.
Our Accounts Payable department works closely with our Vendors and our warehouse staff to ensure the timely notification and delivery of material once it arrives on site. With years of experience and strong vendor relationships, they are able to assist in expediting orders and resolve issues with our suppliers. Using EDI, Scanners, Signature capture, and other technologies, our AP team can provide proof of delivery documents and order information quickly and efficiently.
The outside sales team is a unique blend of seasoned veterans with 30+ years of experience in our industry and our market, and new talent eager to take on any challenge. We have members of our team who are extremely well-versed in the art of lighting and others who understand the nuances of working with high tech gear.
