With that in mind, we recently conducted a customer survey, because let’s face it, constructive criticism can only help us better serve you! We were thrilled by the results and thank you for taking time to participate in this brief survey, your feedback was greatly appreciated!

Here are some of the steps we are taking to ensure your voices were heard.
• We’re running warehouse tours to help educate our customers about our value added services. You can book your tour today by calling, (708) 345-0000.
• We’ve recently modified our phone system to be able to better route your calls. We know you’re busy and don’t have much time to spend on the phone being transferred all over the place!
• We’re constantly monitoring and working with our counter sales staff to ensure that we have the right inventory in stock for our customers.
