We acknowledge the fact that jobsite logistics are a constant battle for our customers. The timely execution of getting material onsite when needed is paramount to the effective use of manpower. Not only on time but packaged to allow for jobsite mobility and marked for what the material is and where it is to be installed all help keep non-productive time to a minimum. A great deal of the projects we get involved in are repurposing of existing facilities which have minimal space for construction material storage and typically have a limited amount of dock time and space available for material deliveries. This is where Paramont-EO’s Chicago specific project construction experience and expertise show we understand logistics.

Material packaging sizes will be reviewed so site specific limitations are addressed in order to arrange appropriate staging and phasing of material. We have the ability to receive material for the customer to store in our warehouse so that just in time deliveries can be made by our drivers. If needed, we can repackage material so it will fit in freight elevators so the customer is not trying to deal with these types of issues. We have the ability to deliver material in phases to accommodate construction schedules. Many of the projects we get involved in are multi-story tenant build-out scenarios for which we can package material by floor and label accordingly. An example of this would be fixtures for a floor of a building labeled by floor and fixture type for ease of material handling on site.
