Welcome to 2015, a year in which our merged and strengthened entity, Paramont EO, is primed and ready to achieve new heights in terms of sales, service, and delivery.
New years bring new energy and we are channeling ours into offering even better customer service in 2015. In fact, we even have a name for our renewed focus–we call it the Above and Beyond of Customer Service–or “ABCs of Customer Service”. Our staff is committed to going above and beyond for every customer on every project to ensure the Paramont EO name is synonymous with service excellence.
With an array of value added services such as 3D Modeling and lighting design, project staging and phasing, custom cable paralleling onto chambered metal reels, installation of pulling eyes, custom pre-fab support, and shared facilities for training and conferencing, we are looking forward to exceeding our customers’ needs.
Our strategically located facilities in Woodridge, Chicago, and New Lenox hold over $7M in stocked inventory and are ready to fill your next order. If you need something we don’t have stocked, we will get it for you fast, and if you want us to stock something special for you just let us know and we will be glad to do so.
Our fleet of 22 trucks are on the road daily from 5am and offer 2nd and even 3rd runs along with scheduled and after hours deliveries to make sure you have what you need, when and where you need it.
In short, our 2015 New Year’s Resolution is to be THE electrical supplier of choice throughout Chicagoland, and to enable our customers to succeed in 2015 and beyond!
