Above & Beyond Customer Service

We simply call it the “ABCs” of Customer Service because it is the first thing we teach our staff and our fundamental guiding principle. Going “Above and Beyond” for every customer on every project is just what we do.

In the wholesale distribution business there isn’t a ton of opportunity for differentiation in the product base we supply, so we look to our capacity to service our customers as our primary value add. We focus on our ability to deliver the right materials, to the correct location, at the desired time, and then we look beyond that for ways to further distinguish ourselves from our competition.

Making sure our staff gathers all of the pertinent project details up front, and shares information about product quality and availability is the first step in contributing to a successful project. Actively engaging with our customers to manage timelines and change requests throughout the project enables us to stay in sync with our customers and work as partners to deliver on schedule.

We thrive on identifying new ways to help our customers. Whether it is prepping material for installation in our warehouse to save time on the job site, or sorting and custom labeling shipments to facilitate their routing and unpacking at their final destination, we are happy to help.
