Here’s an example of how Paramont-EO goes out of their way to find a solution to service our customers.

Titan Electric had a job (ERS) that was close to our Woodridge facility and we were providing the daily materials for that job. One morning they called with a substantial wire order which consisted of 600 MCM that was being paralleled on our compartment reels. The pull was so large it was too heavy to be delivered on a truck with a lift gate. The weight exceeded the capacity of the lift. Titan had nothing at the jobsite that could handle the load and the pull had to happen that morning.
Paramont solution?
We loaded the wire in one of our trucks and headed out for the mile long journey with our forklift behind him. We also protected the forklift driver by having a van positioned behind him with his flashers on. Once at the job, the forklift moved the load and was able to position it at the exact spot Titan needed to make the pull. We accomplished all this in about an hour.
Titan’s pull was seamless and on time.
